Thompson’s Pool Service LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting client information while maintaining accurate records necessary to deliver professional pool service, billing, and operational support.
This Privacy Policy applies to all clients engaging the Company for residential or commercial pool services.

3. Billing & Payment Information
Clients are required to maintain a valid payment method on file as outlined in the Service Agreement.
Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. Thompson’s Pool Service LLC does not store full credit card numbers on internal systems.
We retain transaction records, authorization confirmations, and billing history for accounting, chargeback defense, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Routine monthly service invoices may be processed automatically under signed service agreements. Non-routine services require separate authorization as outlined in governing agreements.
4. Electronic Communication & Authorization
By engaging our services, clients consent to receive:

Clients may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by written request. Operational communications necessary to manage active service accounts may continue while service remains active.
Electronic signatures, digital acknowledgments, and electronic records are legally binding and enforceable under applicable law and the governing Service Agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or trade client information.
Limited information may be shared when necessary with:

Information may be disclosed if required by law, court order, regulatory request, or to protect the Company’s legal rights in matters of billing enforcement, contract disputes, or safety concerns.
8. Data Retention
Client records, billing history, service documentation, and signed authorizations may be retained as required for operational, accounting, legal, and regulatory purposes.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By engaging Thompson’s Pool Service LLC for service, clients acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy in conjunction with their governing Service Agreement.
